The comingling of students in a good high school is bound to broaden the stream of life and helps to prepare you to receive the stimulus of intercourse and competition which you will meet in your higher education. It
teaches you to use well your powers off mind and to face the problems that will present themselves for solution in after life. Leave school with an increased desire to read, for that is the key to maintaining what you have already learned and to broadening your intellect and experience.
The Board of Education is doing everything in its power to give you the best facilities for an education that it can afford. You should take advantage of your opportunity because of the sacrifice your parents are making that you may have that opportunity.
I hope that when you pass through the Simcoe High School you will have received the training you desire for whatever vocation you wish to follow.
