The first issue of the Simcoe High School yearbook, The Monocle, 
was published in May 1929 and reviewed the 1928-29 school year. 
Our copy was contributed to the Norfolk Genealogy web site by 
G. Lichter of Peterborough, Ontario.

This soft cover yearbook devoted many of its 106 pages to publishing essays and poems by students, which we have not transcribed here.

We have also not fully transcribed the second largest content section, the 21 pages of ads.

We have, however, scanned every photograph and several articles of interest. We have also compiled summaries of students names, with descriptions when found. Select Contents to see a complete list.
