| This is:
      student Bruce Rodgers Identified 16 Jul 2003 by Wilf Cardiff Identified 17 Sep 2004 by Herb Carter Subsequently, Bruce Rodgers,
      Ph.D., Director of Music at University of Puget Sound in Washington state.
      Son of Jarvis, Ontario carpenter John Rodgers. His widowed mother moved
      her family to
      Simcoe in early 1920s. Her children were: George, John (a Simcoe
      druggist), Bertha,  Daisy and Bruce. Bruce
      became Director of the Adelphian Choir
      which toured Europe and North America for a quarter century. He brought his
      choir home to Simcoe for benefit concerts for Simcoe High and St. James
      United Church several times (1950s-1970s). Bruce married three times.
      He was the life-long friend of classmate Wilf Cardiff.  |
