years. Graduated in law in 1894. Member of law firm of Kelly, Porter and Kelly since 1894.
Member Board of Education, Simcoe, 1904-15. Chairman 1914-15. Treasurer, County of Norfolk since
1918, and Clerk since 1920. Member of Senate of Western University, 1924. Past Master Norfolk Lodge No. 10, A. F. & A. M. Past First Principal Ezra Chapter 23, R.A.M.
Past High Chief Ranger of High Court of Ontario, I.O.F., and now High Councilor."
