"Warden of Norfolk County.  Son of Dr. Wm. Burt.  Born in Simcoe in 1892. Educated at Simcoe Public and High Schools,  Ontario Veterinary College and Toronto University.  Member Simcoe Town Council three years. Reeve of Simcoe three years."
