This is student: Oral Misner
Identified on the back of the photo and by Wayne Long

Oral Misner (1914-1993) son of J. Henry Misner and Ida A. Ivey. Oral joined his father in the family business: Misner's Fertilizers. It was their dam that created Port Dover's Silver Lake. Oral was also a member of the Port Dover Lions. Oral and his wife Joan raised two daughters.
