After leaving Simcoe High,
Florence married Chuck Jacques of the Delhi area.
Together they ran Gus' Coffee Shop 1977-1986, after which
Florence worked for Annex Publishing for 16 years.
They raised two daughters and have four grandchildren.
Florence volunteers at Norfolk General Hospital.
