Notes: Dudley's career in education took him to Strathroy, Toronto, Oshawa, Pembroke and Elgin County before serving as the first Director of the Norfolk County Board of Education under the new county system, 1969-1979. In 1980 Dudley was presented with the Fred L. Bartlett award for his outstanding contribution to education in Ontario.
