John Stickney received the sad news of the death of his brother Benjamin, who lived near Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.

The remains arrived in Simcoe Monday evening. Interment took place at Old Woodhouse Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. 

The late Mr. Stickney was 75 years old, and had been away from these parts for a good many years. He is well remembered by the older residents.

The funeral took place on Tuesday, 1 Mar 1921, to Old Woodhouse, of the late Benj. Stickney, a brother of Samuel Stickney and a former resident of this vicinity. The remains were brought from Michigan. James Stickney, a brother, accompanied the body.
