St. Williams

Miss Eva Stackhouse, daughter of W. H. Stackhouse of
St. Williams, and Lorne Harrison, son of W. H. Harrison of St. Williams, both of this place, were married by
Rev. J. Melvin Smith in the parsonage in Port Rowan,
on Saturday last.

A few evenings before the wedding a large crowd of their friends gathered at the home of W. H. Harrison and presented the newlyweds with many useful and costly presents.

We extend to the young couple the best of wishes for a long and prosperous journey through life. They intend to migrate to their new home in Northern Ontario in a week or two.

They took the afternoon train on their honeymoon trip, which will include Toronto and other points of interest east. On their return they expect to reside in St. Williams.
