Norfolk
Students Banqueted
Mr. A. C. Pratt, M.P.P.,
entertained the students from Norfolk County who are attending
College in Toronto, to a dinner at the Parliament Buildings on
Friday evening, 11 Mar 1910.
Mr. and Mrs. Pratt and
Miss Tucker, the latter's sister, received the guests who numbered
about 100, in the spacious drawing rooms. After- dinner speeches
were made by the following gentlemen: A. C. Pratt, M.P.P.,
H. P. Innes, M.P.P., and W. H. Moore, an Waterford old-boy, and
toasts to the King, Host and Hostess and glorious Old Norfolk were
drunk.
The following graduates of
the Waterford High School were present: Mack Brown, Ramsay Caley,
Ward Cunningham, Gordon Duncombe, Willis Erwin,
Earle Green, Lloyd Matchett, Frank Pratten,
Miss Adah Smith, George Wilcox, Harold Wilson,
Grant Woodley, and Howard York.
