Funeral of Mrs. Frank Young

A copy of the Revelstoke (B.C.) Mail-Herald of June 29 has reached this office. It contains a brief account of the funeral of Mrs. Frank H. Young, second daughter of Mrs. Robert Hodgson of Talbot street, Simcoe.

The funeral of the late Mrs. F. H. Young took place Wednesday afternoon from the family residence, on Fourth street, to the cemetery. The casket was covered with beautiful wreaths and other floral offerings of remembrance, and the sad procession which followed the body to its last resting place was a fitting tribute to the memory of the dear departed, including representatives from nearly every prominent family of this city, and many sorrowing friends from the surrounding district.

[Paragraph omitted]

Mr. F. H. Young, postmaster of Revelstoke and husband of the deceased, together with three sons and one daughter, were the principal mourners, and are left to mourn the loss of a most devoted and loving wife and mother.
