A lightly edited partial transcription of the Items of Local Interest column on page 10 of the 17 Jul 1919 issue of the Simcoe Reformer newspaper.
Mrs. Euphemia Reid, widow of Mr. Lewis B. Wilson, died at the residence of her son, Alan Swart, 228 Dean Street, Simcoe, on Tuesday. Deceased was in her 75th year and had been in failing health for some time. For the past 16 years she had made her home with her son Allan. Two other sons survive: Bruce of Brantford and Clark of Toronto. Interment takes place at Lynedoch this afternoon.
