Death of Lincoln Robinson

Mr. Lincoln Robinson, of South Bend, Ind., died in this place of Friday, Oct. 3rd, after an illness of only a few days, with pneumonia. He had not enjoyed the best of health for 20 years. It was while here on a visit to his brother, Mr. R. S. Robinson, that he was taken sick with pneumonia.

Mr. Robinson was the son of James Robinson, one of the pioneers of this district. For some years he worked at piano tuning in the west and over a year ago took a clerical position with the International Harvester Co.

He leaves to mourn their loss a widow, formerly Carrie Potts of Townsend, one son Harry, of South Bend, and three brothers and four sisters, Richard of Waterford, Charles of Buffalo, Dr. Herbert of Kenosha, Wis., Mrs. Anna Hazalton of Winnipeg, Mrs. Andrew Slaght of Scotland, Mrs. Letta Quant of Buffalo, Miss Mable of Chicago.

The funeral was held from the home of Mr. Wesley Murtland on Sunday afternoon, the services being conducted by Rev. J. B. Moore, assisted by Elder Haviland. Interment took place in Greenwood cemetery.
