[Paragraph breaks added by the transcriber.] Wedding Bells A large and pleasant gathering assembled at the residence of Mrs. James Perry, Victoria Street, Simcoe on Tuesday the 17th of July, in connection with the marriage of Miss Annie May Perry, [to] John Melville Mackay, M.D., of Wallace, Nova Scotia. The ceremony was performed at half past one o'clock, p.m., by the Rev. Milne Croll, of St. Paul's Church. The bride was given away by her uncle, J. T. Chadwick, Esq. Miss Donly, B.A., acted as bridesmaid and Mr. W. S. Perry, brother of the bride, was groomsman. Among the guests from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. J. Black, of Montreal; Mr. and Mrs. John Logan and Mr. Harry Logan, of Hamilton, and Miss Chadwick, of Kingston. [Last half of article not transcribed...] |
