The Late John E. Park

A former well known resident of Fairground, Houghton Township, passed away on December 21, in the person of John E. Park. Deceased was born in Fairground in 1863 and resided there until his removal to Brantford, where he died.

Mr. Park is survived by his wife and son Stanley and daughter, Vera; his father P. B. Park of Fairground; four brothers, Ezra J. of Brantford. Dr. M. M. of Toledo, O., Wm. H. of Delhi, Watson of Fairground; and two sisters, Mrs. P. H. Hall of Durand, Mich., and Mrs. R. J. Lamb of Toledo, O.

The funeral, held in Brantford on December 24, was attended by a large concourse of friends and relatives. The pall bearers were his four brothers and two brothers-in-law, Oliver and Eben Gale.

Among those present were: John Montgomery, Toronto; Dr. Philip P. Park, Ed. Francis, and Mrs. Scott of Hamilton; John Park, Mr. and Mrs. Ephriam Pollson and John Wilson of Hagersville; Mrs. and Mrs. D. A. Woolley, Springford; Clifford Park, Fairground; and Mr. and Mrs. R. N. Smith, Norwich.
