A lightly edited transcription of a page 5 item in the 7 Jun 1917 Simcoe Reformer newspaper.

Mrs. Thomas Marshall celebrated her 90th birthday last Friday, 1 Jun 1917, at her home in Vittoria. She has always lived in the vicinity of Vittoria and Simcoe all these years.

A daughter of the late Peter Wyckoff, she is the only surviving member of a family of seven children.

She has five children living and all were present at the gathering but one son of Spencerport, N.Y., who was unable to be present on account of illness.

The children present were:
Albert and Herb Wood of Simcoe,
Mrs. Wm. Carrington of Atherton,
Mrs. George Webster of Spencerport, N.Y.

Three great-grandchildren were present:
Miss Fannie Lord of Flint, Michigan,
Mrs. J. Roleson and Mrs. W. Baldwin.

Mrs. Marshall is in good health. She attends to her own household duties and also has made her own garden.

We sincerely wish her many more returns of the day with health and prosperity.
