A resident of Port Dover, who formerly was a Simconian, died at her home in that village last Wednesday, in the person of Angeline Sovereen, wife of David Turner, in her 59th year, after a long illness.

She was a daughter of the late Leamon Gibb Sovereen and a sister of the late Sylanus M. Sovereen of Simcoe.

She leaves her husband, two sons, Leamon of Hamilton and Pte. Fred, overseas, and two daughters, Sabirna and Lillian, both at home.

A sister, Mrs. Barber, also of Port Dover, and a brother, Charles G. Sovereen, now of Detroit, also survive.

The funeral was private.
