Ninetieth Birthday

Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Schuyler, No. 4, Townsend, entertained Saturday afternoon 27 Feb 1932, in honor of Mr. Schuyler's mother, Mrs. Charlotte Schuyler, on the occasion of her 90th birthday.

Relatives and friends from various points came to present their congratulations and best wishes.

As she is at present the oldest member of Simcoe Baptist Church, the pastor, Rev.
F. H. Wentworth and Mrs. Wentworth presented her with a bouquet of roses as a token of remembrance.

She was also the recipient of a post card shower, many friends, both distant and near, remembering her.

Mrs. Schuyler, whose maiden name was Charlotte Smith, eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Laurie Smith of Townsend, has lived in Townsend practically all of her life.

In her girlhood days she taught school and then married Mr. W. H. Schuyler and settled on their farm on what is now No. 3 Highway, which is still her home, with her youngest son, F. S. Schuyler.

Her husband passed away many years ago. Though 90 years of age, she enjoys very good physical health and thoroughly appreciated all the attentions showered upon her on her anniversary.
