Mr. Wm. Robison died 26 Sep 1918 at the home of his son, James Robison of Brantford, aged 79 years.
Death did not come altogether unexpectedly, as he
had been in failing health for some time.

The late Mr. Robison was born at Lockport, N.Y., but came to Canada with his parents when a small boy.
The family settled near Watford, but later removed to Glen Meyer, where he spent many years of his life.

He married Miss Margaret Magee, who predeceased him some eight or nine years ago. Four children blessed their union, one of whom died in infancy. Those who survive are Mrs. Richard Smith of Port Dover, Mrs. Lewis Chalk of Brantford, and the son with whom he had lived for the past eight years.

A sister, Mrs. Saunders is also living in Michigan.
James Matthews of Fairground is a nephew.

The funeral took place on Sunday afternoon, 28 Sep 1918 and was conducted by Rev. W. F. Bowyer. Interment was made in the Farringdon Cemetery, near Brantford.

There were present from this vicinity Mr. and Mrs. Smith of Port Dover, Mr. and Mrs. Thompson of Port Dover and Mrs. W. Safford of Simcoe.
