Fatal Accident.

Maple Leaf -- Last Tuesday a very sad accident happened on the farm of Mr. Peter B. Boughner, in Woodhouse.

About 3 p.m. he left for Port Ryerse, leaving his wife in the field driving a team attached to a roller, something she knew well how to do.

On his return on calling at the field he was horrified to find Mrs. Boughner dead a short distance behind the roller. The horses were in different parts of the field. The double-tree and neck-yoke were broken.

It is not known how the accident happened. The doctors say the roller did not pass over the body, but two slight injuries were found on it. They and the general public are at a loss how to account for the unfortunate accident.

The deceased leaves a family of six children and a husband to mourn her loss. The funeral yesterday was largely attended by sympathizers of the family.
