Death of W. W. Livingstone

There died in Tillsonburg last Friday evening, almost instantly,
of heart failure, Mr. W. W. Livingstone, a former well-known 
citizen and prominent merchant of Simcoe.

Mr. Livingstone was town clerk of Simcoe for many years, 
and carried on a drug and stationery business, now the 
E. H. Jackson Company. He was in his 72nd year. 

Deceased was a son of Rev. Martin Livingstone, a former 
pastor of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. One brother 
was the late Judge Livingstone, Judge of Norfolk; his eldest 
son is judge of Welland.

The funeral took place at Tillsonburg on Sunday and was 
attended from Simcoe by deceased's brothers-in-law, 
Mr. W. P. Innes and Mr. E. H. Jackson, and by his nephews 
Messrs. H. P., W. L., and C. E. Innes.
