The death is announced of Hoff Rosseau O. Crump, Congressman, of Bay City, Michigan.  Mr. Crump was born in Pittsford, Monroe Co., N.Y., on May 20th, 1843; he came to Simcoe in 1879 and formed a partnership with his uncle Mr. Jas. Cutting, and engaged in the building and lumber business for two or three years. He afterwards removed to Bay City, where he conducted a most successful business.  He had been elected Congressman at the last four elections by large majorities and was a very popular man.
