COLONEL PRATT CABLES SYMPATHY

From Brighton, Eng. 7 May
Col. H. B. Donly, Simcoe, Ont. -- Recent casualties among 133rd men include Ptes. Booth, Carnahan, Cresar, Cook, Davis, Dickson, Morris, Musgrove, McCall, McClentic, Nethercott, Pake, Scott, Smith, West and West, killed in action. Convey heartfelt sympathy to relatives. -- A. C. Pratt.

of the Simcoe Reformer newspaper.

PRIVATE DICKSON

797350 of Townsend Killed in Action. Private Dickson's parents live in Hamilton, but he lived with and worked on the farm of Mr. Lindsay Irvine, near Rockford.

He enlisted with D Company of the 133rd Battalion, 
and was one of the first of that unit to get to France. 

He died as the result of wounds received in the operations on Vimy Ridge, April 13th, 1917.
